Tom Williams
Tom joined in 2007 having completed a degree in music technology. Primarily involving himself with sound design projects, he is also on our musicians roster.

What drew you into sound?
Dance music when I was younger, trance and hard house mainly. I bought some decks and started playing out round the Isle of Wight when I was about 17. Then I decided to make my own tracks, so I went to music college and during my studies I decided creating audio for picture was what excited me most.
Do you do any work with sound outside of The Jungle Group?
Short films whenever I can; I dubbed a short film called Enter The Preacher which won best comedy at the Fringe Report Awards 2009. I write computer based music and still DJ occasionally.
What’s different about transfer these days as opposed to when you started?
There's a lot more picture related work to take into consideration with Giant, Avid, and the Final Cut suites.
